It’s A Sign

Can this ever mean a good day?

chairs

And, after MTM dragged me through a mind-numbing exhibit of chairschairsandmorechairs, he took me for a bite to eat.

chicken

Yummy…….NOT. At least I didn’t

shit a brick

(Okay. This sign may be a little obscure. Regardless of what it really meant, we called it “Don’t Shit a Brick.”)

Luckily, we remembered why we are here in the first place.

Though, by the end of the day, we were just

naked for satan

Looks like a good day to me! I even like the sound of pickled chicken feet. Except for the bones, too many tiny bones.

  3. OK, I want to go to that last place. No idea what it is, but it sounds fun.

Love your signs from around the world. Should be a website all their own. Or a book.

  9. How do I get one of those “don’t shit a brick” signs? I could find so many ways to use it…

It’s so much fun to be in a different place, with crazy signs, weird food and lots of chairs. You really did enjoy yourself, didn’t you?

On the road trip across America honeymoon my husband and I took the day after 9/11, I took so many photos of signs. I have a whole album. Someday, it will be something … Love signs!

    June 12, 2014
  21. And you’re wearing the hat! That’s a good sign! 🙂
Hilarious signs! The chicken feet brings back memories of the monkey brain I ate in Shanghai! (Um, I’m not kidding.)

  25. What a darling little hat. So sorry I wasn’t there to lend my husband for the chair exhibit. He LOVES chairs. Meanwhile we could have gone ahead and had some chicken feet. Or shit more bricks.

  26. Andra, I ran across an article in the Smithsonian about the Lewis and Clark expedition, and how it had been nearly forgotten for over a century. But then, Lewis and Clark were “resurrected” in the late 60s and have become American heroes since then. Here’s the link.
